Revamped Jims Club in Gasperich Ready for Official Reintroduction
Opening event on 12 January

The club in Gasperich has already been operated by Jims over the past year and will now be officially reintroduced with a revamped look and feel. The former Painworld location has been transformed into a modern Jims club, in line with the brand’s broader rollout in Luxembourg, where seven clubs are currently active. Members can enjoy a wide range of training options, from independent workouts on the fitness floor to group classes, small group training sessions, and the popular boxing and cycling cubes. The goal remains straightforward: to offer a place where people can work towards their personal health goals at their own pace.
Opening event on 12 January
The renovated club will be officially presented during an opening event on 12 January. The programme reflects the club’s DNA, combining familiar training formats with new ways of moving. Visitors can take part in additional BodyPump sessions led by three LES MILLS Pro instructors and explore the club’s different disciplines. The boxing cube will host demonstrations of MMA and Muay Thai. Athletes will share their experience through coaching and demonstrations in the new posing room, while XXL Nutrition will also be providing product discovery sessions. A DJ will create the right vibe with live music between 5 and 9 p.m. Several special guests will also be present, including judo vice world champion Kenza Cossu and Mr Olympia 2022, Elias Bogane. They will attend as inspiring athletic figures for a broad audience. Mr Olympia 2022 will also give an introduction to posing in the posing room, offering insight into a discipline that is historically embedded in the club.
A club designed for different training profiles
Jims Gasperich brings together several training zones tailored to different athletic profiles. In the Boxing Cube, members take part in boxing classes that go far beyond traditional training. Muay Thai, boxing, BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu), MMA and grappling: each session focuses on technique and the learning of martial arts. The Cycling Cube, meanwhile, is all about pushing personal limits and delivering an authentic, immersive experience thanks to Coach by Color. You ride in a group, always at your own level, supported by technology that tracks progress during every session.
The club also features a spacious studio dedicated to group classes, as well as state-of-the-art equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Cybex and Panatta. After exercising, members can make use of the sauna, which not only offers relaxation but also supports efficient recovery.

Personalised coaching
Alongside the different training zones, coaching plays a central role in Jims’ approach. Members decide for themselves how much support they want. Those who prefer to train independently can use the workout plans in the Jims app and consult coaches for advice. Members who perform better in a group can rely on group classes and small group training sessions. For those looking for a fully personalised approach, everything starts with an intake and health check. Based on this, a personal plan is drawn up, reviewed, and adjusted every six weeks.
A broad view on health and well-being
Jims’ vision of health extends far beyond physical training alone. The club also offers sessions that focus on recovery, breathing, and mental relaxation. These include workshops that explore the balance between effort and recovery, as well as activities that help members adopt a healthy lifestyle. Behind the scenes, Jims is working on additional initiatives that aim not only to improve physical fitness but also to provide members with practical tools to enhance their overall well-being.
Country Manager Yves Marchello adds, “Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels welcome. A club where you can start without barriers and grow at your own pace. That remains at the core of what we aim to deliver here every day.”
